Why Is My Order Being Shipped in Different Packages?
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. This can happen because:
• Products may be dispatched from different warehouses or production facilities.
• Some customized items may require additional processing time.
• We may ship available items first to ensure faster delivery rather than delaying your entire order.
You may receive separate tracking updates for each package.
When Will I Receive My Order?
As most of our products are customized and made to order, delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors such as high order volumes, courier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance procedures.
What Happens If My Order Is Delayed, Stuck, or Lost?
All orders are shipped through trusted courier partners with tracking facilities.
If your package is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or returned due to courier issues, please contact our customer support team. After verification, we will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement shipment.

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

• Once production or customization has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
• Customized and personalized products are generally not eligible for cancellation after processing begins.
